Our observation room accommodates up to 6. We also have a large meeting room at your disposal for training, interviews, focus groups, etc.

Facilitator and observers can mark events (errors, close calls, etc.) real time for future discussion or analysis.
Catering is available upon request; breakfast lunch or dinner (and late night snacks).
